Once a payment goes through, payment processing fees are non-refundable to Occla Co and to the buyer.
Occla Co is not responsible if the customer drops and/or damages their item(s). If your item arrives damaged, you have 24 hours to contact us from the time the USPS tracking shows the package is delivered.
Occla Co is not responsible for lost/ damaged packages. If your item does arrive damaged, contact us ASAP!
If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake, email Occla Co. Make sure you add a subject to your email, this helps me attend to your needs quicker, send proof of your order, and information, and a picture of the items that you received. We will make it right!
Package Sent Back? When filling out at check out you must include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc.
Occla Co is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.
If the Address Mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting Occla Co. The Consumer has 24 hours to reach out, otherwise, there's no further action that can be done to resolve the issue.

Here At Occla Co, we take pride in our fast processing and shipping times.
All Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days and typically take 4-7 business days to arrive.(US ORDERS)
USPS DELAYS: Occasionally USPS can have delays in delivery. We are NOT responsible for any delays on USPS part. If your tracking number states your package was delivered and you do not have the package, contact your local USPS for help! They are great about assisting you in locating your package if you call your LOCAL USPS directly.
International Shipping: We now offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING!
All orders shipped outside of the US can take 1-3 weeks to arrive. Some countries outside of the US charge taxes on your order. This is not common but CAN happen. We are not responsible for these fees. Once your order is shipped, all shipping fees non-refundable. All sales are final.
